Return Policy – fitd.store
Important Notice
At this time, only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns. We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the USA.
Returns for US Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return for unworn clothing items that meet the following conditions:
- Original tags are still attached.
- Items are in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
- Return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information).
- Items are shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request being approved.
We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Special Cases
- For split package orders, the 7-day return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.
- Orders returned without meeting the above requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined entirely.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Open-pack wholesale orders
Return Shipping & Processing
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or due to a shipping error.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing. We will email you once your refund has been issued.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at support@fitd.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with instructions and the return address.
